Natalie’s expertise in assisting clients with bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral disorders, coupled with her passion for supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families, makes her a valuable asset in promoting personal growth, healing, and resilience. No matter the challenges individuals face, Natalie is here, ready and committed to supporting each person’s journey toward a happier, healthier life.

Experience: 

Natalie is a dedicated licensed master social worker (LMSW) with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. Holding licenses in NYS and NJ, along with a School Social Work Certificate in NYS, she brings a wealth of qualifications to her practice. With a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Italian from Temple University, Natalie’s rich academic background underpins her work. Her extensive experience in social work spans urban and suburban settings and includes cultural experiences in Argentina and Italy, enriching her perspective and approach.

Currently, Natalie works as an elementary school social worker at Oceanside Elementary School and as an LMSW Therapist at Glacier Psychology Services. She is adept at conducting individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating social-emotional learning lessons, and managing crises. Her commitment to academic excellence is evident through her continuing education and dedication to lifelong learning. She aspires to gain her LCSW within the next three years and attend NYU for her Doctorate of Social Work.

In addition to her professional expertise, Natalie loves to create fun therapeutic games and activities for clients. My goal is to support and strengthen the entire family unit. By offering a range of therapeutic services—including individual, family, couples, and group therapy—I can address the diverse needs of each family member. Through fun and engaging therapeutic games and activities, I help clients explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental environment. 

More than just my work: 

Natalie is also a dance teacher and nanny for the last 14 years and enjoys mindfulness, journaling, yoga, meditation, and tarot. She believes in the powers of the universe and manifestation, integrating these beliefs into her therapy practice.
