D’Andrah Almanzar (she/her) is the heart of her therapeutic work at Glacier Psychology Services. D’Andrah Almanzar is a psychotherapist devoted to providing high-quality, compassionate care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology with a minor in Addiction Studies from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice and holds a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service.

D’Andrah specializes in working with adolescents and adults, with a particular focus on BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals. She is deeply committed to helping clients navigate trauma, grief, women’s health concerns, sexual and gender identity exploration, and anxiety and depression. D’Andrah brings cultural humility and personal awareness to every session, ensuring clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

D’Andrah is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She also uses a client-centered, relational approach, providing therapy that is responsive to each individual’s needs and fosters a genuine sense of connection and empowerment.
